Our platform helps companies go from bare metal to fully operational AI clusters in days, and we're looking for a Java Developer to join our small, high-impact engineering team. What You'll Do Understand customer requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Java-based solutions.Design, develop, and maintain backend services and infrastructure tooling that supports our distributed systems platform.Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure engineers to deliver features end-to-end.Contribute to the reliability and performance of systems handling AI inference pipelines, distributed training, storage orchestration, and GPU scheduling workloads.Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. • Required: Solid hands-on experience with Java development and the JVM ecosystem.Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and cloud-native environments.Experience working with or around Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), or related infrastructure tooling.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Clear communication skills â we are a small team and direct collaboration matters.Nice to haveExperience with GitOps workflows or tools (e.g., Flux, ArgoCD).Exposure to GPU scheduling, ML infrastructure, or high-performance computing environments.Familiarity with open-source contribution practices.Experience in a startup or early-stage company setting.
