The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network administration. The role involves managing an Active Directory environment, providing technical support to users, handling software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities System Administration & User Management Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group creation, access rights, and security policies. Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 operating systems. Ensure user access and permissions are correctly assigned as per company policies. Network & Security Support Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS issues. Support network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and performance. Assist in maintaining network security, including firewall policies and access controls. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software issues. Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users via phone, email, or in person. Support IT systems, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Software & Inventory Management Install, update, and troubleshoot various enterprise applications. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets. Ensure all IT equipment is properly documented and accounted for. Other Responsibilities Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Document troubleshooting steps, processes, and solutions for future reference. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices. Education required: MCSE & CCNA training completed (certification preferred). Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment. Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory user/group management. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and basic network troubleshooting. Experience with software installation, updates, and technical support. Familiarity with inventory management and asset tracking tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Azure AD). Basic knowledge of firewalls, routers, and VPN configurations.
