Your profile Minimum of 10 years of development experience, ideally with 5 years’ expertise in the CRO industry.Proven track record of successful sales and territory management experience within the CRO space.Degree in a life science-related field.Extensive network within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, with ability to leverage these connections to sign .Deep understanding of early drug discovery processes, structural biology, proteins, biologics, biophysics, and integrated programs through.Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective development strategies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.Highly self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Munich, Germany) Why us?
