Based in Karachi, Linqio works with clients across the US, Europe and the GCC to produce pitch decks, brand identities and investor materials. We are seeking a motivated Development Representative to join our Karachi office and help grow our pipeline through LinkedIn outreach and proactive cold calling. The role is on-site and requires excellent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach to B2B outreach. Key responsibilities Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to identified buyer personas and decision-makers in startups, VC-backed companies and design-conscious founders.Perform cold calling and follow-up emails to qualify leads generated via outreach campaigns.Manage and update CRM records; track activity, outcomes and next steps for prospects.Book discovery calls and hand off qualified meetings to the senior sales or founder team.Develop concise outreach messaging, subject lines and scripts tailored for different markets (US, Europe, GCC).Collaborate with marketing and design teams to refine value propositions, case studies and proposal materials.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification and meeting-booking targets. We offer a collaborative studio environment in Karachi with ongoing coaching on sales technique, messaging and industry positioning. This role suits a proactive communicator who enjoys outreach, short sales cycles and working closely with creative teams to convert interest into meetings. Education required: 1-2 years of relevant B2B sales, lead generation, or development experience required. Proven experience in B2B sales development, lead generation or development, with demonstrable outreach results.Excellent written and spoken English for email, LinkedIn messaging and phone conversations.Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up to qualify prospects and secure meetings.Practical experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or advanced LinkedIn outreach strategies.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar) to log activity and manage pipelines.Strong organizational habits, time management and ability to run outreach cadences independently.Ability to craft concise, benefit-led messaging and adapt scripts for different buyer profiles and regions.Basic understanding of startup fundraising, pitch decks and branding services is a plus.
