efits Accomodation, Leaves Job Title: Hotel Room Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager Location: Lahore Company: Haven Role Summary: Responsible for driving room sales and maximizing occupancy through corporate and independent traveler (FIT) segments.Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients and travel partners, focusing on local medical tourism accounts and other corporate segments.Implement sales strategies, prepare offers and proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure guest satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of client contacts, negotiations, and leads.Achieve monthly and annual room revenue and occupancy targets. Education required: Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, , or related field preferred; minimum 13 years of relevant room sales experience. 13 years of room sales experience, preferably within the Johar Town/Expo Centre vicinity.Active corporate client portfolio and proven track record in corporate sales.Knowledge of local medical tourism corporate rates and procedures.Experience driving occupancy from corporate and FIT segments.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Ability to prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and maintain CRM records.
