We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Upwork Bidder / Development Executive to manage client acquisition and drive agency growth. Job Responsibilities Optimize and manage CraftEven's Upwork profile to increase visibility and conversion rates.Identify relevant Upwork projects that match our services.Create polished, persuasive, and customized proposals.Communicate with and follow up with clients on Upwork.Understand client needs and coordinate with the in-house team to define scope and pricing.Conduct discovery meetings with prospects.Negotiate and close projects effectively.Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat .Maintain bidding reports, pipeline tracking, and sales performance records.Meet monthly project acquisition and revenue targets.Recommend improvements to bidding strategies, profiles, and sales processes.
