Job Overview We are currently seeking a driven inbound sales executive to join our expanding night shift team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities Respond to new leads through calls, messages, WhatsApp, or email.Explain our tutoring services, subjects offered, tutor profiles, pricing, and class structure.Identify student needs and recommend suitable tutoring programmes.trial classes and ensure parents receive all necessary details.Follow up actively with leads that are not immediately converted.Track trial class outcomes (connected, not connected, trial done/not done).Convert trials into regular classes.Ensure smooth onboarding of new students.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.Provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer concerns.
