As a (Senior) Manager in our Production & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding strategic client relationships, and leading high-impact transformation engagements. You will work closely with senior executives to identify new opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and support our clients in achieving sustainable operational and strategic improvements. In addition to leading project teams and ensuring successful delivery, you will play a pivotal role in developing our market presence, strengthening key accounts, and further growing our Production & Operations consulting practice. Your Responsibilities• Advise senior executives on strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives Build and grow trusted client relationships while expanding key accounts and driving development activitiesLead proposal development and contribute to the acquisition of new consulting opportunitiesDesign target operating models, transformation strategies, and implementation roadmapsLead complex transformation, reorganization, cost optimization, and operational improvement programsAdvise clients on manufacturing, supply chain, network optimization, and operational strategy topicsLead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and impactCoach and develop consulting teams while contributing to the growth of the Production & Operations practice Who you are Are you an analytical thinker with strong social skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities: 7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, leading complex transformation programs, client engagements, and development activitiesUniversity degree in engineering, administration, economics, or a related fieldDeep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational transformation environmentsProven track record in developing strategic client relationships, growing key accounts, and driving development initiativesExtensive experience in leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiativesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levelsDemonstrated leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing consulting teamsFluent German and English language skillsFlexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs Who we are Eraneos is an international consulting group specializing in strategy, transformation, and technology that helps companies succeed in a dynamic digital world.
