g Shift Employment type: Full Time Ibnesina Clinic, a community health provider serving patients across Pir Jo Goth and Islamabad, is seeking experienced Nurses to join a growing primary care team. The clinic delivers outpatient services, basic diagnostic testing, medication dispensing and patient education. Successful candidates will support clinical workflows, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with physicians, health technicians and dispensary staff to maintain high standards of care. Provide direct nursing care to outpatients and clinic visitors: triage, vital signs, wound care, injections, IV therapy as required.Assist physicians during consultations and minor procedures; prepare patients and ensure infection control protocols are followed.Administer medications and vaccines, coordinate with dispenser for correct dispensing and documentation.Perform point-of-care testing, record results accurately, and escalate abnormal findings to clinical staff.Maintain patient records, update charts, and ensure confidentiality of health information.Provide patient education on medication use, wound care, chronic condition management and preventive health.Ensure clinic supplies, equipment readiness and basic maintenance; report shortages to supervisors.Participate in quality improvement activities, adherence to clinical protocols, and occasional community outreach or screening events. Education required: Registered Nurse (Diploma/BSN) with valid Pakistan nursing license; equivalent combination of education and clinical experience accepted. Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse) with current registration in Pakistan.Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred.Competence in vital signs monitoring, injections, IV cannulation, wound dressing and basic emergency response.Familiarity with point-of-care tests (glucometer, rapid tests) and proper specimen handling.Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain accurate patient charts and medication records.Good communication skills in Urdu and English for patient education and team coordination.Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, health technicians and dispensary staff; respectful patient-centered approach.Basic computer skills for electronic record keeping and appointment management.Awareness of infection control, occupational safety and waste disposal procedures.
