Company Overview: Bridgeway Logistics LLC is a growing logistics and transport coordination company based in Rawalpindi, working with automotive dealerships and carriers in the USA. We coordinate shipments, manage carrier relationships, and provide timely customer-facing support to ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction. This Customer Service Representative role supports dispatch and lead-handling operations, interacting with internal teams, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and keep shipments moving smoothly. Key responsibilities include:• Answer inbound customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email; document interactions and follow up until resolution. Support dispatch operations by coordinating pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and drivers.Handle leads: qualify incoming sales/service leads, log details in the CRM, and route to appropriate team members.Monitor shipment status, proactively identify exceptions or delays, and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.Escalate complex operational issues to supervisors and collaborate with operations to resolve claims or service failures.Maintain accurate records of shipments, carrier confirmations, and customer communications in company systems.Contribute to process improvements by recording common customer pain points and proposing procedural changes. Location: Rawalpindi, with occasional flexibility for remote work as required by operations. Bridgeway values clear communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
