Shift Employment type: Full Time Hightech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Lahore-based Information Technology and Services company founded in 2008, is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team supporting operations in Lahore and Rawalpindi. You will manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, assist with month-end close, and support internal and external reporting aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with project leads, HR, and external vendors. Maintain general ledger entries, reconcile bank accounts, and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions; support month-end and year-end close activities.Generate periodic financial reports, assist in variance analysis, and provide documentation for audits and tax filings.Manage vendor relations: process invoices, ensure timely , reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies.Support payroll preparation by providing accounting inputs, reconciling payroll-related accounts, and ensuring statutory deposits where applicable.Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and basic financial forecasting to support operational decision-making.Ensure compliance with local taxation rules and company accounting policies; prepare schedules and reports required by management and regulators.Continuously improve accounting processes and contribute to implementation of accounting systems and controls. Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent; ACCA-CAT, CA (part-qualified) or relevant certification/experience preferred. Minimum accounting coursework and practical experience required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/PK GAAP) and hands-on experience with general ledger operations.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, bank statement reconciliation, and month-end close procedures.Good understanding of accounts payable/receivable workflows, invoicing, and vendor reconciliation.Familiarity with payroll accounting, statutory deductions, and preparing tax-related schedules.Analytical skills for variance analysis, financial reporting, and supporting audits with organized documentation.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.Effective communication skills to liaise with project teams, vendors, and external auditors; integrity and adherence to internal controls.
