Job Overview As a Development Manager, you will drive client acquisition and partnership growth across GCC. Your role will involve onboarding IBs, affiliates, trading academies and institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Main Responsibilities Develop and execute a development strategy tailored to GCC, focusing on client acquisition and retentionIdentify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in GCCAct as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaignsRepresent the company at expos, seminars, and eventsStay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trendsTrack KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes Degree in Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD development, with a focus on GCC marketsExcellent command of Arabic and English languageStrong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCCKnowledge of GCC market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulationsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Benefits 21 working days of annual leaveWork remotely whilst being part of a global teamUdemy unlimited membershipProfessional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment Libertex Group is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
