Your Mission Partner with the executive team, Product, and Design to turn ideas into experiments and successful releases.Make AI-native workflows the default, cutting the time from hypothesis to live experiment to decision, so more experiments reach customers without more defects.Build a QA function that prevents defects and keeps the site reliably up, with the authority to surface release risk early.Build the leadership bench and engineering culture that let the org keep compounding. What You Bring Hands-on leader, strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, who writes and reviews code.
