Testing at Vay happens on real vehicles, across real-world driving environments. As a Senior Vehicle Test Operator, you’ll be among the first people to test new vehicle software and hardware, both through manual driving and remote operation. You’ll execute vehicle-level tests, troubleshoot issues using automotive diagnostic tools, collect and analyse test data, and work closely with our engineers to identify and resolve problems before changes are released. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and technology, understands how to test systematically, and takes pride in getting the details right. What you'll be driving This is a hands-on role where you'll drive and test our Remote-Driven Car fleet, working through test cases set by our Senior Engineers to check whether our product works as it should.
