Supply Chain Lead

d-to-end supply chain for Auterion products. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational execution, people leadership, and strategic development of a resilient, scalable, and efficient supply chain. You will lead and develop the supply chain team while working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and external partners. You will be the central point of ownership for supply chain performance, proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and driving improvements that support growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties Own the end-to-end supply chain for Auterion products, including supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory, and order fulfilmentLead, develop, and grow the supply chain team, setting clear priorities, accountability, and ways of workingDrive day-to-day execution and supply availability, ensuring materials, production requirements, shipments, inventory, and customer orders are managed accurately and on timeAct as the primary point of escalation for supply disruptions, shortages, production constraints, and other supply chain risks, driving hands-on resolutionPartner with Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to improve delivery performance, lead times, reliability, capacity, quality, and resilienceDrive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, data, and ways of working, including ERP and NetSuiteEstablish and monitor supply chain KPIs, using data to identify issues, drive corrective action, and provide clear recommendations to leadershipDevelop scalable processes and operating models, including SOPs, planning processes, and best practices to support growthLead cross-functional initiatives including new product introductions, engineering changes, supplier transitions, and operational readinessDevelop supply chain strategy and resilience, including contingency planning, alternative sourcing, and critical-component strategiesSupport the continued growth of the function through hiring, coaching, capability development, and continuous improvement Qualifications and Skills 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, operations, or a related field, ideally in technology, hardware, aerospace, robotics, or manufacturingDemonstrated experience owning and improving end-to-end supply chain processesExperience leading, mentoring, or developing peopleStrong understanding of supply planning, procurement, inventory, production planning, logistics, and fulfilmentProven ability to manage risks, disruptions, shortages, and escalations in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, and strong Excel/spreadsheet skillsExperience defining and tracking KPIs and operational performanceStrong project management and process improvement skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, commercial, and leadership teamsHands-on, pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable with autonomyConfident user of Google WorkspaceFluent English required; German is a plusEU citizenship required Benefits  Flexible working hoursStock OptionsGenerous holiday allowancePension plan Extended social security package Enhanced maternity & paternity leaveWellpass membership  About Auterion We are building the leading software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
