What we are looking for Must-haves: Four to seven years total experience, two-plus years coordinating end-to-end campaigns at a tier 1 regulated crypto exchange (Binance, Kraken, Bitpanda, Coinbase, or similar). You understand CAC payback, ROAS, incremental volume, LTV. Who you are Competitive. You want your campaign on the leaderboard against Global. You want EEA to outperform.Crypto-native. You trade. You have a wallet. You know which tokens listed last week and which exchange ran the best campaign around it. You have opinions.Detail-oriented. You catch the wrong token contract address in a launch comms draft before legal does.Fast. The good campaigns ship within hours of the news, not days.
