The National Accounts Strategy & Operations team is focused on supporting the identification and execution of growth strategies with the manufacturers, distributors, associations, networks and franchises that relationships with Angi’s contractor customers. About the Role The Senior Manager, National Accounts will work with the team to drive National Accounts growth on the platform by diving into the data to find opportunities for improvement, putting together cases, and driving large cross-functional change. You will devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, manage projects and drive & measure results in the most critical areas of the . In this role, you will steward and/or support impactful strategic priorities; work with sales, account management, analytics, data science, operations and product teams to identify test ideas and execute. While this is a remote position, we are a global company and are looking for applicants located in eastern and central time zones to align with our team's working hours. What you’ll do Independently steward key strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within it) from initial concept and case, through execution and success measurement — using AI tools to speed up research, modeling, and synthesisAlongside an all-star team of peers and stakeholders, steer quantitative and qualitative research efforts into financial and operational drivers of Pro success and inform decision-making.Provide regular updates on project progress, including measurable outcomesDevelop clear presentations summarizing findings and recommendations, leveraging AI tools to structure and refine communication efficientlyEstablish effective communication channels for ongoing collaborationDevelop relationships with 3rd party partnersDesign and program manage joint partnership initiatives (e.g., integrations, go to market)Build the playbook for sales and account management to materially improve partnership efficacy and economicsProvide thought partnership to the National Accounts Sales teams, in addition to cross-functional partnersProgram manage large strategic changes that involve many teams and span multiple months, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, and providing updates and impact to senior leadershipEnsure smooth implementation and adaptation to new strategies Who you are Self-starter; someone who can manage and execute projects to completion. You have a bias for action.Strong analytical skills – proficiency in modeling, basic SQL is a plus; comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to augment analysis and accelerate output. Compensation & Benefits The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
