THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Finance Operations, Analytics, Commercial Finance or a similar finance data focused role within SaaS or another recurring revenue where ARR, MRR, churn and CAC are familiar territoryStrong FP&A fundamentals across financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reportingHands on experience improving finance systems, integrations or automation workflows, ideally including APIs, AI enabled workflows or ERP related projectsA builder mindset with real curiosity for how finance, data and systems orchestrateAdvanced Excel skills and the confidence to work with large datasets, complex models, pivots, queries, validation logic and reporting structuresFluent English skills; German is a plus but not necessary LAST BUT NOT LEAST.
