From day one, you'll own real parts of our recruiting pipeline - sourcing candidates, managing communications, and helping make sure we hire the right people at the right time. We're growing fast across engineering, commercial, and operations. You'll be at the center of that growth. What You'll Do Build and manage candidate pipelines across active roles - LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcingOwn candidate communication end-to-end: outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and keeping things movingSupport interview coordination across the team and ensure a smooth candidate experienceHelp maintain and improve our ATS and recruiting workflowsConduct initial screening calls and summarise candidate profiles for the hiring teamContribute to employer branding initiatives and help Lyceum show up well to top talentSupport onboarding logistics for new hires as the team scales Your profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in , Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related fieldGenuine interest in people, talent, and what makes a great hireStrong communication skills - you write clearly, follow up reliably, and represent Lyceum well to candidatesOrganised and detail-oriented: you don't drop balls and you don't need remindingBias toward action - you find a way rather than waiting for instructionsComfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from scratchPrior experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is a plus Why us?
