AI Full Stack Engineer (€80K – €130K Offers Equity) About the Role You will build and iterate on internal tools and products, integrating AI capabilities into our systems. The focus is on strong engineering with a clear AI angle: working across the stack, connecting to AI APIs, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve their workflows. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain full stack applications (front end, back end, databases)Architect durable AI workflows that adapt as the LLM landscape evolves, not brittle prompt chainsBuild and maintain back-end services in Node.js or PythonIntegrate and orchestrate AI APIs into existing and new systemsWork across multiple systems and data sources, making sense of fragmented dataCollaborate with teams (e.g. marketing, UA, operations) to:Understand their work and toolsIdentify where AI can improve their workflowsTranslate needs into technical solutions and iterate on them Must-Haves Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholdersExperience building complex agentic systemsExperience integrating and working with AI APIsStrong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentalsFull stack capabilities: front end, back end, databasesGood prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectivelyProduction experience with Node.js or PythonCuriosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI) Nice-to-Haves Experience with TypeScriptFamiliarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutionsExperience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other /ops teams What We Value Engineering-first mindset, with the ability to understand contextProactive approach: going to people, understanding their work, and suggesting improvementsComfort with ambiguity and evolving requirementsStrong communication and collaboration across teams Why Almedia?
