As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager with a strong consulting profile to join our central strategic function and take responsibility for cross-functional strategic and operational topics. In this role, you will bring structure to complex tasks, prepare key decisions and ensure that important projects are implemented with focus and impact across different areas of the organization. Your Role As a Project Manager in our central strategic function, you will work on cross-functional topics that are highly relevant to L1VE’s continued development. You will analyze complex questions, develop decision-making materials and coordinate implementation together with the teams involved. You will combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team, senior leadership and teams across Product, Tech, Content, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Your Responsibilities Manage strategic and cross-functional projects from structuring the initial question through planning, implementation and follow-upAnalyze complex , organizational and operational topics and develop clear recommendations and decision-making materialsPrepare management decisions, presentations, briefings and other materials for the executive team and senior leadershipCoordinate teams, stakeholders and external partners across different functions and locationsDevelop and maintain project plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and risk assessmentsIdentify opportunities for optimization and growth and independently develop and implement appropriate initiativesTrack decisions, action items and project progress while identifying and resolving blockers at an early stageEstablish transparent reporting and communication structures for ongoing projects and cross-functional initiativesSupport specific strategic initiatives, for example in the areas of model development, organization, partnerships, platform, content or international collaboration Your profile At least five years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic project management, PMO, Corporate Strategy, Operations or a comparable roleProven experience independently managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholdersStrong ability to quickly understand complex topics, analyze them in a structured way and translate them into clear recommendations and actionable measuresExperience preparing management decisions and creating compelling presentations, analyses and decision papersConfident use of project management methods, planning and documentation tools, combined with a consistent focus on objectives, priorities, timelines and responsibilitiesExcellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as a confident manner when working with executives, senior leaders, functional teams and external partnersA high degree of independence, a strong sense of ownership, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to create clarity and direction in ambiguous situationsExcellent written and spoken German and EnglishConfident and practical use of AI and digital tools; you can demonstrate with specific examples how you have used them to improve quality, speed or decision-makingA strong interest in sports, media, entertainment, technology and immersive experiences Why us?
