Deine Aufgaben Manage end-to-end full-charge bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end closes.Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor , client invoicing, and collections.Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts, credit cards, and inventory balances.Coordinate local payroll administration, employee expense reimbursements, and state tax filings.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for corporate reporting and external tax CPA review.Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP standards, Florida sales tax regulations, and internal financial controls.Track inventory movements, import/export documentation fees, and equipment logistics costs.
