(Senior) Business Development Representative (f/m/d)

Start: Q1/Q2 2027 What this role is As a Development Representative, you'll help drive our growth by building our outbound sales engine and creating new customer opportunities. Cold calling is how we won our first customers, and it's still our strongest channel. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects: identifying pain points, generating leads, and converting interest into real opportunities. Within weeks, you'll run your own discovery calls and define use cases directly with C-level prospects. This role is a fast track into sales. Outbound experience? You'll move to (Junior) AE in 3-6 months. New to sales? Same path - your ramp speed sets the pace. We invest in you with daily coaching, clear targets, uncapped upside. You won't be handed a list and left alone – we grow together.
