You'll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to define how we deploy and operate hardware at scale. What you’ll do Own and develop PXE-based provisioning pipelines; automate configuration, testing, and deployment for Linux edge devicesManage the operational lifecycle of the deployed fleet, including monitoring, patching, and remote diagnosticsSupport Installation Engineers with fully prepared equipment, clear documentation, and remote troubleshootingManage secure network configurations (routing, VPN, firewalls) for distributed customer environmentsDefine standards for fleet maintenance, reliability, and automated tooling You are Significant experience administering and troubleshooting Linux systemsHands-on with PXE/network boot and unattended provisioningProficient in Bash/Python and configuration management/IaC toolsSolid networking knowledge (IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, VPNs)Experience with WireGuard or similar VPN tools like TailscaleExperience managing distributed fleets at scaleAbility to work from Berlin with up to 50% travel to customer sitesProfessional English proficiency Nice to have Experience building agentic or LLM-based workflows to generate, adapt, or validate infrastructure and device configurationsFamiliarity with industrial environments (IoT, cameras, fieldbus protocols)Professional German proficiencya valid driver's license to be able to transport equipment to client site and conduct installations.
