Overlap: 6hs with East Coast time zone, USA Commitment: full-time Length: 12+ month Required Skills: 6–10 years of Salesforce administration and development experience with platform ownership responsibilitiesExpert-level Salesforce Flow experienceSolid hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service CloudStrong Salesforce release management experienceExperience with CI/CD for Salesforce environmentsStrong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, permissions, and platform governanceExperience defining and enforcing coding and configuration standards through hands-on pull request reviewsExperience managing production Salesforce environments, including releases, sandbox strategy, backup, and recoveryExperience designing reusable Flow, LWC, and integration patterns for development teamsExperience leading or supporting P1 production incident responseHands-on experience using AI coding copilots and agents in Salesforce development workflowsExperience with Salesforce metadata automation, test generation, org discovery, and AI-assisted pull request reviewAbility to validate AI-generated code and automation before production deployment Optional Skills (not mandatory): French and English bilingual proficiencySalesforce Administrator certificationSalesforce Platform App Builder certificationSalesforce Platform Developer certificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Deliverables Own the Salesforce production environment, including releases, security, sandbox strategy, backup, and recoveryDefine Salesforce coding and configuration standards and participate directly in pull request reviewsBuild reusable reference patterns for Salesforce Flow, LWC, and integrationsLead P1 incident response, including triage, remediation, and pairing with engineers on fixesDrive a release cadence of two weeks or less in collaboration with QA and product stakeholdersAllocate and manage ongoing technical-debt capacity, targeting approximately 10–30% of engineering capacityOwn the AI-assisted Salesforce development toolchain, including coding copilots, test generation, org discovery agents, and pull request pre-reviewMeasure developer effective capacity when using AI-assisted workflows and identify friction caused by manual delivery processesAutomate operational runbooks and release-note generation while maintaining human approval for production-risk decisionsUse AI copilots and agents daily to accelerate discovery, development, testing, and documentation while remaining accountable for production decisions
