Senior Category Manager – Marketing (All Genders)

e for overseeing strategic sourcing and contracting at HelloFresh for Marketing across different marketing categories, which may include: Offline Media, Online Media, Influencer Marketing, Sponsorships, Retail Media, etc. The goal is to collaborate seamlessly with Global and regional stakeholders and major suppliers in all HelloFresh markets and help them to navigate the procurement landscape. In addition, the role will be supporting initiatives targeted to increase the maturity level of Indirect Procurement’s processes and systems landscape. As part of the Marketing  Procurement team the position will report to the respective lead based in Berlin. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, confident, proactive and high-spirited Procurement professional with a strength for prioritisation, data handling and great stakeholder management. Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. What you’ll do Own end-to-end Marketing sourcing: supplier market mapping, RFx execution, negotiation, and contract award for high-value projectsDevelop strategies for different marketing categories, in alignment with the ’ goals Create, align and execute a sourcing roadmap with key stakeholders in the HQ and the regional markets to deliver P&L savings and overall procurement valueDevelop and optimize the supplier portfolio across Hello Fresh’s marketsCultivate and manage close relationships with (senior) partners within Marketing to support their objectives and the company growth agendaLead the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools What you’ll bring Minimum 5+ years experience in Marketing procurement or in Marketing with a commercial focusDeep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, management, and supplier managementExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and drive to working independentlyProven track record of taking ownership: identifying problems early and driving resolution independently, without waiting to be directedStrong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports for senior audienceExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with partners at different levelsAble to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environmentFluent English What we offer Elevate your lifestyle!
