Every quote Xometry generates in Europe depends on getting two things right at once: an accurate read on manufacturability and a price that wins the job without leaving margin on the table. As Staff Product Manager for Pricing, you will own the strategy and roadmap for how Xometry prices and evaluates manufacturability across the EMEA region — a technical, cross-functional, high-ownership role at the intersection of pricing strategy, manufacturing domain expertise, and applied AI. How You’ll Contribute: Vision & strategy: Define and drive a multi-year roadmap for pricing and manufacturability in Europe, translating regional market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer behavior into a pricing strategy that accelerates sales growth without sacrificing margin discipline.Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench: Lead the systems and models that determine how Xometry prices custom parts across European markets — identifying where pricing is too slow, too rigid, or too disconnected from true manufacturability cost, and closing those gaps.Extend Xometry's global AI capabilities into Europe: Partner with global product, data science, and ML engineering teams to adapt and scale Xometry's AI-driven pricing and manufacturability solutions for the European region — geometry-based cost estimation, manufacturability scoring, and pricing optimization models — rather than building parallel, region-specific tooling.Drive measurable outcomes: Define and track the metrics that matter for the region — win rate, price realization, quote-to-order conversion, margin accuracy, and manufacturability sign-off latency — and use them to prioritize the roadmap.Lead cross-functionally: Act as the hub between Sales, Sourcing, Data Science, Engineering, and regional leadership across Europe, and present strategy, trade-offs, and ROI to executive leadership both regionally and globally.Represent Europe in global strategy: Ensure European market realities — currency, competitive landscape, regulatory nuance, regional manufacturing capacity — shape Xometry's global pricing and AI product direction, rather than being retrofitted after the fact. What You'll Bring to Xometry: 8+ years of product management experience, including leading AI/ML-powered or technical products in a B2B, marketplace, or manufacturing/engineering environmentExperience owning a system of record or complex data contract (e.g., a shared record consumed by multiple downstream systems and roles) and the human-in-the-loop workflows built around itExperience designing policy-driven workflows (e.g., approval routing, tiered sign-off, escalation logic) rather than single-user toolsComfort operating across regions and stakeholder groups to hold a single global design standard, despite real pressure to add customizationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill technical and operational complexity into a clear narrative for engineers and executives alikeRigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and measuring impact on cycle time, quality, and customer/partner satisfactionFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles (CNC machining, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, injection molding) is a strong plus; comfort getting deep into geometry-based feasibility rules is requiredTrack record partnering closely with data science and ML engineering teams to ship models into production — computer vision, 3D/geometric analysis, or applied LLM/VLM experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, , or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus   Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
