Our client is an established Berlin-based e-commerce company with an international team and a large product portfolio in the consumer electronics accessories space. They are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Manager(gn) to take ownership of Amazon Seller Central and help further develop additional European marketplaces. This is not a pure PPC or strategy role. The focus is on real marketplace operations, problem solving, process improvement and keeping day-to-day marketplace stable and scalable. Tasks Manage day-to-day Amazon operationsTake ownership of Account Health, listings, product data, pricing and availabilityResolve marketplace cases, blocked or suppressed listings and operational issuesManage promotions, coupons and marketplace campaignsOversee product feeds and marketplace integrationsTroubleshoot feed, data and platform-related issuesSupport and further develop marketplaces such as Kaufland and GalaxusSupport launches into new marketplaces and countriesWork closely with internal teams, fulfilment partners and external service providersIdentify repetitive processes and improve them through AI, automation and smarter tools Around 1.5+ years of relevant marketplace or e-commerce experienceStrong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller CentralExperience managing an Amazon marketplaceGood knowledge of listings, Account Health, product data, marketplace cases, pricing and availabilityA hands-on mindset and the ability to drive problems through to resolutionStructured, analytical and pragmatic way of workingStrong technical affinity and interest in AI and automation toolsFluent EnglishBased in Berlin or able to work regularly from the Berlin officeValid right to work in Germany Benefits Established e-commerce company with an international setupHigh level of ownership and direct impact on key revenue channels60 flexible remote-working days per yearPossibility to use remote days for longer stays abroad, subject to legal and organisational requirementsEnglish as the main working languageTraining opportunities around AI and automationLean and efficient interview process Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow Skills: Marketing and Communication
