You will help grow our online presence and play a key role in expanding our IT department by identifying and vetting top local talent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for local and international audiences across web, email, and social media channels.Manage content calendars, track KPIs, and support brand growth online. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategy.Monitor rankings and organic traffic using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush. IT Team Building & Talent Screening Source and screen IT candidate profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, and Mustakbil.Evaluate technical backgrounds, coordinate with HR, and assist in shortlisting qualified candidates from Islamabad and surrounding areas. Web Development & Website Management Develop, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.Manage page creation, content updates, plugin integrations, basic troubleshooting, and website performance improvements to ensure a functional, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized web presence.
