About The Team The Growth organization drives Life360's subscription , the engine that turns free usage into a paid membership and keeps that membership worth paying for, year after year. We set and evolve pricing and packaging for every Life360 membership, build features to increase the value of our subscriptions for users, manage the experimentation platform and the ML systems that personalize monetization, and own the partnerships that extend membership value. We are data-driven and focused on creating value for our subscribers by understanding their needs and wants. We are also an AI-native team: AI tooling is embedded directly into how we research, model, spec, and ship, and we expect everyone on the team to work that way.
