Technical CRM Manager (m/f/d) – Own Our Braze & Marketing Technology Stack

As our Technical CRM Manager, you will own the technical backbone of our Marketing Technology ecosystem and make sure our tools, integrations and data work reliably together.You will be our central technical expert for CRM and Marketing Technology, with a strong focus on Braze and its integrations with Shopify and Dynamic Yield. You will connect Marketing, Tech, Product and Analytics and help us build a scalable, automated and future-ready MarTech setup. Your mission Own the technical setup and administration of Braze across our brands and marketsManage and improve integrations between Braze, Shopify, Dynamic Yield and other Marketing TechnologyEnsure reliable data flows, APIs, webhooks, events and customer attributes and troubleshoot technical issuesDefine and maintain consistent CRM data structures, naming conventions and data quality standardsSupport the consolidation of our CRM landscape into one unified momox setup, including identity resolution and data migrationBuild automated quality checks for campaigns, integrations and Braze workflowsImprove CRM tracking and attribution standards across brands and channelsEvaluate and implement new Braze features as well as relevant Marketing TechnologyUse AI and automation to improve processes, quality and efficiency within our MarTech landscapeAct as the technical sparring partner between Marketing, Tech, Product and Analytics Your profile Strong hands-on experience with Braze, including technical setup, data structures and integrationsSolid experience in Technical CRM, Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation or a comparable technical environmentStrong understanding of APIs, webhooks and -based data architecturesExperience with e-commerce integrations, ideally Shopify and/or Dynamic YieldGood SQL skills and confidence working with customer data, events and data qualityExperience with tracking and analytics technologies such as GTM, GA4, Firebase or AdjustHands-on experience or strong practical exposure to AI and automation and the motivation to actively explore new use casesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot technical issuesStrong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to translate between Marketing and technical stakeholdersFluent English; German, French or Dutch skills are welcome but not requiredexperience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, Python/Java or multi-brand environments are a plus You can look forward to Sustainability: We love second-hand and incorporate our sustainable idea into the office routine with simple methods like using eco-friendly supplies, double-sided printing, energy-saving modes on devices, waste separation, etc. In doing so, we take responsibility and integrate sustainability into all our activities.Individual work environment: Design your ergonomic workspace just the way you like it – with height-adjustable desks and the laptop of your choice (MacBook or ThinkPad).
