xpansion, prioritizing results over complacency. By joining us, you enter a high-stakes global arena, tackling complex challenges that demand continuous professional growth. We operate with high velocity, eliminating distractions to concentrate on critical outcomes - as efficiency is our competitive edge. Our focus remains on developing top-tier consumer products within the mobile gaming sector, specifically driving innovation through rewarded user acquisition at scale. We're looking for a Senior Fraud & Risk Analyst to strengthen exmox's fraud prevention and risk management capabilities. You'll bring hands-on experience detecting and mitigating fraud across different types of organizations, and you'll play a hybrid role: partnering closely with exmox's Fraud Analytics Team Lead on strategic initiatives, while also supporting the operations side through process changes, rollouts, and analysis. What You’ll Own: Investigate, analyze, and mitigate fraud patterns across user acquisition, transactions, and account activity, with particular attention to reward-based and incentivized user acquisition channels (offerwalls, referral programs, cashback/rewards mechanics) where fraud vectors are especially prevalent.Design and refine fraud detection rules, heuristics, and monitoring dashboards to catch emerging abuse patterns early.Support the Fraud Analytics Team Lead in planning and executing risk initiatives - contributing analysis, recommendations, and follow-through on action items.Act as a reliable second-in-command on risk management matters, able to step in for the Team Lead on ongoing projects, stakeholder updates, or urgent decisions when they are unavailable.Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and support teams to close fraud gaps and improve detection systems.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, quantify fraud exposure, and report findings and recommendations to leadership.Document policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for fraud and risk workflows. What You Bring Relevant experience in fraud management or risk analysis, ideally with exposure to both a large/corporate environment and a fast-moving scale-up - you understand how fraud programs differ in maturity, tooling, and pace across those settings.Direct experience with reward-based user acquisition fraud (offerwalls, referral abuse, incentivized installs, multi-accounting, device farms) is a strong plus.Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with SQL and large datasets to investigate patterns and validate hypotheses.Demonstrated ability to operate with a degree of ownership - comfortable proposing and driving initiatives, not just executing tasks.Experience contributing to risk/fraud strategy - running A/B tests, impact analysis, and stress testing to validate ideas.Experience supporting or deputizing for a manager/Team Lead, with the judgment to know when to escalate versus decide independently.Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical fraud findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with fraud detection tooling and risk management frameworks. Nice to have Background in policy design or risk governance frameworks.Relevant certifications such as CFE, CFCS, CAMS, CRISC, CFA, and/or FRM.Working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks - e.g. GDPR, PSD2/SCA, AML/KYC principles, and PCI-DSS basics where payment data is processed. How We Win Speed is the feature. Speed beats rocket science. We move fast, test fast, and multiply our pace with AI, because action creates information and small wins compound. A fast failure is a lesson we learn from, a slow one is a problem we can't afford.Focus on the essential. Done is better than perfect. We stay focused on what actually moves us forward and protect people's time from anything that doesn't. We're direct in how we communicate too, no rambling, no unnecessary detail.See it. Own it. Solve it. The first to see it is best placed to fix it. We're not a for comfort, we're a for doers. "Not my job" isn't in our vocabulary, if you spot something, you help make sure it gets solved.Respect others. Trust multiplies. Respect is non-negotiable. We disagree with ideas, never with people. Trust here is built the same way it is anywhere, through consistency, a thank you, a moment of listening, and owning your mistakes.Perks that help you focus on what matters. Transport subsidy, learning budget, wellness and gym, workation, bi-weekly team lunches, and more. The perks are great, but the real reason people join and stay is the challenge, the ownership, and the drive to win together.
