with rapid AuM growth, backed by top-tier LPs, investing from Seed to Series B Operating out of Munich, our portfolio spans Europe and the US, with investments across 11 countriesThe team is responsible for several lighthouse transactions in the sector, such as Biorce and Scan Tasks Investments: Be fully integrated into the investment team and support transactions across all stages of the investment process, including sourcing, screening, due diligence, and writing investment memos.Processes & workflow automation: Map our current processes, identify where time is lost, and build and maintain AI agents (e.g. with Claude and our CRM, data and productivity tools) that take that work off the team.Thesis work: Run market deep dives in sectors relevant to our investment focus and turn them into investment theses, market maps and target lists.Fundraising support: Support our Fund II fundraising, e.g. by mapping the LP landscape in specific geographies and keeping our LP pipeline up to date.Fund admin & events: Support fund administration, and help organise our events. • Entrepreneurial, analytical and curious mindset Enthusiasm for new models in HealthTech / Techbio and for the healthcare system as a wholeExcellent academic performance and/or outstanding extracurricular activities; enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme (, economics, engineering, computer science, or similar)Previous practical experience in a start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or private equityHands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation: you have used LLMs (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) and tools like n8n, or ZapierStrong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointFluent in German and EnglishAvailable full-time for 3 months from February 2027, on-site in Munich Successful applicants will support a dynamic team, and gain close insights into the operations of a VC fund.
